The following diagrams show the current COVID-19 infected persons (2020-10-30) in the Städteregion Aachen. I show these diagrams here, because Städetregion Aachen publish and talk about numbers only, but a picture is worth than thousand words.

Zoomed version to 0-1000 infections to better see the latest infections. In the previous posts I used 0-200 but I had to change this to 0-1000 because of the huge infections of 1395.

As you can see in both diagrams the infections are rising again. Data between 2.10. and 25.10. are missing.

The following diagram shows a zoomed version done in COMMODORE BASIC V4.0 on the “Mini PET” (self assembly kit) a fully functional 6502 based 8-bit computer from TYNEMOUTH SOFTWARE @tynemouthsw sold by TFW8b @futurewas8bit, compatible with a Commodore PET (from the year ~1980) model 2001N-32 (3032/4032*), keyed in with the new Mini PET Deluxe Keyboard (self assembly).

Zoomed version to 0-200 infections to better see the latest infections. In the previous posts I used 0-100 but I had to change this to 0-200 because of the huge infections in the past few days reaching the level of May 2020.

As you can see in the second diagram the infections are rising again and reached the infections of beginning of May 2020.

Du warst mein Begleiter seit der ersten Stunde (endlich 32-bit) und hast mir nicht nur Freude bereitet - Du hast oft mit Treiberproblemen (Grafik/Sound etc.) und Bluescreens generft.

Verknüpfung Gerätemanager

Ich hatte mir damals eine Verknüpfung auf dem Desktop für den Gerätemanager erstellt:

c:\Windows\control.exe sysdm.cpl,system,1

DOS Command Shell

Windows Commander / Total Commander

Weil man mit dem Windows Dateimanager nicht effektiv arbeiten kann habe ich den Total Commander (ehemals Windows Commander) von Christian Ghisler zuerst als Shareware (ohne Lizenz) dann als Vollversion (Version 5.51 auf einer 1.44 MB Diskette - Dateigröße 1.33 MB) mit Lizenz (mit unbegrenztem Updaterecht) auf all meinen Windows (und inzwischen auch Android) Betriebsystemen als erstes Programm installiert.

Diablo I

Ein Jahr später im Januar 1997 erschien Diablo 1 für Windows 95, welches ich mir sofort kaufte und nächtelang zockte.

Aber das ist eine andere Geschichte …

The Dashboard by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University (JHU) shows the highest daily cases nearly 300000 per day (yellow histogram) and the US reached more than 1.0.000 confirmed cases.
